After studying economics, Adrian worked for many years at large consulting firms (Accenture 2004-2008; Roland Berger Switzerland 2008-2021); most recently as Head of Financial Services Switzerland. He was also responsible for the global Central Banking Practice Group and advised a large number of national banks on organisational issues. From the sum of these experiences, the idea developed to build an independent and locally networked FS boutique that is consistently geared towards the needs of its customers. With ADVEA, Adrian wants to actively accompany the transformations of the Swiss financial industry and help banks, insurance companies and asset managers to act more entrepreneurially and overcome the classic industrial boundaries. In addition, his conviction that all financial market players should make a measurable contribution to the common good is a further driver for the further development of the financial industry.
