Elvira has been accompanying and shaping the transformation of healthcare for over 10 years as a consultant and operational leader. Her focus is on organizational development, change management and care system redesign. In addition to her work as a consultant, Elvira teaches as a guest lecturer in the study program "International Health & Social Management Master" at the Management Center Innsbruck, coaches and supports startups in the field of Behavioral Health. She is a trained coach for Mindfulness in organizations. Elvira is co-founder and board member of the Swiss Association for Value-based Healthcare.
