Ingo has been advising banking institutions in Switzerland, Europe and Asia for over 20 years, amongst others for PwC, IBM and BearingPoint. After an excursion to Finnova AG as Head of Sales & Business Development, he had been a successful Partner and CEO of Be Shaping the Future Management Consulting AG (ex Soranus AG) in recent years. Ingo's career has been characterized by entrepeneurial start-up and tranformitative work: e.g. designing and implementing new offerings for his banking clients, building Finnova branches in Europe and Asia, establishing successful sales organizations, or setting up new aid offerings for those in need in the USA. Entrepreneurship is his top focus, which means, among other things, always focusing on creating added value and building and maintaining long-term, resilient relationships with customers and partners.
