Rolf worked for many years in various management functions at a cantonal bank, including as Head of Operations, Executive Board member for Products/Services and Head of Innovation. Especially in the role as board member, he was able to build up the Products & Services area and learned in detail the issues from product developments to compliance, operations, IT and security challenges. Rolf is passionate about developing and supporting profitable, sustainable ecosystems that meet existing customer needs and deliver targeted added value to the parties involved. He is also familiar with the implementation of innovation management and the associated design of transformation processes from his practical work. Networking suitable partner organizations is one of his strengths. At ADVEA, Rolf is happy to pass on his experience to customers and team members in a suitable form.
